You are responsible for making your own room reservations at the conference hotel. The conference headquarters will be at the downtown Louisville Holiday Inn. If flying in, arrive at Standiford Airport (SDF) and take a taxi or shuttle to the hotel. The cost of rooms in the Holiday Inn is $82.00 per night plus tax. You will need to make your own reservation with the Holiday Inn by calling 1-800-626-1558 or 1-502-582-2241 and identify yourself with APMP/PC(USA) and the conference. Checking In and Orientation On Arrival The APMP welcome/registration table will be in the hotel lobby from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Orientation for new members, including a tour of the Presbyterian Center, will be at 5:00pm (gather at the registration table). If you arrive after registration, drop your things at the hotel and proceed directly to the PC(USA) center for the opening dinner. The conference will begin with dinner at the Presbyterian Center at 6:00pm on Tuesday, December 2 and will conclude with the APMP Banquet on Thursday, December 4, 2008. See you there! |
